A guide to preparing papers for submission to ACAM 6 is available here (MS Word) and here (PDF). All papers submitted for the proceedings of ACAM 6 must follow this guide.

It is the authors’ responsibility to ensure their paper satisfies these guidlelines, and the Organising Committee reserves the right to reject a paper if it does not do so. The paper and abstract must be written in English and submitted in pdf format through the ACAM 6 website. The abstract should offer a concise summary of the paper and be between 10 and 15 lines in length (approximately 170-250 words). The title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author, abstract and keywords of each paper will be printed in a Book of Abstracts. The full paper will be published in an electronic version of the proceedings. Both the Book of Abstracts and the electronic version of the proceedings will be provided to delegates at the Congress. The proceedings will also be published through the informit database. A maximum of two papers per registration will be accepted.

Submitting Your Paper

Prior to submitting your ACAM 6 paper, please rename the file in the format Paper_{Paper ID}.pdf - where {Paper ID} is replaced by your Paper ID mentioned in the Notification of Abstract Review that you should have received by e-mail at the beginning of April, for example "Paper_1234.pdf".

Please submit your ACAM 6 paper to submit-paper@acam6.org by either clicking here (to open up a text template in your e-mail software) or else by using the following format for the e-mail:

where {Paper Title}, {Paper Authors}, and {Sender Name} are replaced by the paper title, authors, and sender of the e-mail, respectively.

 

Paper Review

All papers will be subject to a full peer review and it is envisaged that authors will be informed of the outcome of the review process by July 31st 2010.
